In 2017, the BC Food History Network – Gale Smith, Linda Peterat, and Mary Leah de Zwart compiled annotations for all food history articles in BC Studies Journal, BC History Magazine, and Okanagan Historical Society Journal.
In 2025 we revised and updated the annotated bibliographies to include food history articles up to the present. This post contains links to each journal.
You may be surprised at the wealth of information available on food history topics. Many of the articles have been used in BC Food History Network posts.
